The ability for me as an administrator of my organization's website (www) was invaluable in helping us keep track not only who has access but also what they are able use when logged into their account/s! I am currently looking at other products like this one from another vendor so we can compare them side by side before purchasing again - yes there were some issues which caused problems initially however after contacting support it all worked out well once more!! We had been having difficulty tracking our employees' logins without being tied down or limited too much within those parameters themselves i think? It helped ensure everyone could be tracked easily regardless where you might have your office etc..
