I overworked my wrist and felt uncomfortable with certain movements. I amplify this lingering discomfort by not thinking about my wrist when I tense it. After using these braces for a day, I realized that they really do make a big difference. I immediately saw a significant improvement. This bandage puts pressure on my wrist and is therefore a constant reminder to be careful. Despite applying slight pressure, this wrist wrap helps me avoid certain movements that caused the injury in the first place and speeds up the healing process. I've tried a dozen other brands but have found them to disrupt my work routine to the point where I just take them off. I can wear this brace comfortably all day, especially when I'm working. This DB:LAB wrist brace is made from durable neoprene, making it super soft yet durable. I love the adjustable design that offers a customizable fit and is also very easy to put on and take off. I take it off every 2-3 hours to rest while I work. My wrist is 6" and size S/M fits me perfectly! My thumb is flexible, I've tried a few brands where my thumb was uncomfortable.
