It's hard to overestimate this product - on the one hand, it completely removes the smell of chlorine or a chemical pool after bathing from the hair and body (which is its main purpose). Shampoo completely rinses the hair leaving it "squeaky clean" which is not good for the hair, while conditioner weighs down the hair and makes it look very flat after drying. Also, hair looks really dull after using these products. This product would be much better if it was just as effective at removing chlorine but was gentler and more nourishing to the hair.
