Complete crap: panties
don't buy this complete crap made in China. You can't be 95% cotton. This can only be said by touch. I have other 50% cotton panties that cost less than half that, feel more like 95% cotton and air dry overnight and still come out damp (not damp but wet) in the morning. Don't think the black strap is a belt. It's just crappy fabric and a thin strip of cheap elastic at the top.
