Visor adjusts to head size, tilt angle and proximity to face. I use it over magnifying loupes and with some modifications to my light attachment it is just right for the light and lenses. After a month of use, the cleanliness is as good as it was at the beginning. I use dish soap to clean the screen between patients, so I can't say if the sanitizers are okay. Also, use a soft microfiber cloth instead of paper towels to dry to avoid scratches. It's a little bulky, but the protective coverage is about as good as I would want in a face shield. I also like that I can flip the shield without taking it off my head. Once the patients put their masks back on and I can step back, I do so to speak without the shield muffling my voice.
