I bought this for my teenage daughter, size M. She is 5'5" tall, weighs about 115 pounds, medium height and fits perfectly. The material is nice to the touch, she likes the mid-length sleeves and the shirt neckline that extends from the sleeves to the elbow and the high neckline/mimic Turtleneck makes a difference that most rash guards seem to have.It was a great price too and I will buy more of this style if she needs a new one.
