Arrived "new" with about an inch of wear on the side of a boot that didn't come off, but I didn't bother sending them back as we had to use them over the winter. Leather laces are not included. really hard to get in. My 17 month old clothes are only now fitting into size 5 toddler shoes (most are still a bit too big for her). I bought them a size 5 and they are difficult to put on on the feet as they don't slide easily with the foot even when open. I literally have to squeeze her whole leg and put it in her boot and she gets mad. Maybe the size is bigger if you are on the size end. For the rest they are fine. Suitable for Florida winters.
