Not suitable. in my opinion
Overall I like this product. I've never been one. I keep it for sentimental reasons. "Beautiful girl, you can do difficult things," my mother always says when I'm feeling down. This bracelet is very difficult to put on, it's also rectangular so doesn't fit the hand no matter how it falls on its side. But I like this product even though I've never used it. The letter "D" in the word "before" is blurred, so there is no point in wearing it.
