I've used Crest Whitening Strips and find them a lot cheaper. You can get 28 strips for less than $20. It's about 90 cents a strip or less. That's a lot less than what Crest charges you. The main thing is not to expect miracles. Many people expect their teeth to be very white, which is the equivalent of a $1,000 job at the dentist. As long as you're hoping to get just a small change, you won't be disappointed. All you have to do is apply the side edge of the gel to your teeth and line it up with the edge of your gums. Apply light pressure to fix the teeth. You can then take it off after 25 minutes and rinse your mouth with water. I hope the photos are helpful.
