Bad product, don't buy. Followed directions to use 3/16" drill bit, but dry wall anchors that come with the package are too small for that size hole, just fell out or rotated when attempting to use. Poor design. Attempted to use a smaller drill bit but dry wall anchors are of such bad quality that they just bent/ morphed instead of going into wall. Never had this issue with store bought dry wall anchors. Now have 6 holes to patch in my wall and have to go get a paint match done to cover the repair. Poor product created more work/ more time and money lost.
