This year (2018) is the fourth year that I have used ribbons from the same brand for Halloween decorations. This is good stuff. It looks like a bunch of mess wrapped in a neon hairnet, but it's high-quality stuff. I use it with some black lights, glow in the dark spiders and it creates a spooky Halloween scene at my entryway. I use it on plaster outside of my home and it works fine. Start expanding it in large sections, then pull and stretch to fill in smaller areas. This is a good webbing, just show a little imagination.
