Buy these for my 12 year old to school volleyball and she needs white shoes (gag!) She loves them, wore them 2 times then Her socks got wet because she had to train outside in street shoes, so she pulled the wet socks in and tanned them. Oh no! Well I sprayed Shout on them then I washed them and they came out nice and clean. Then I noticed that the outsole inserts were different. I pulled them out because they were wet and one of them looks like it's some sort of orthotics with rigid arch support. So they are most likely used. Or someone tried them with their side dish and forgot about them when they returned them. Which really disappointed me because they cost around $100. She loves them, otherwise I would send them back. I bought a different size for my eldest daughter and the soles were what they were. AMAZON check your quality control! But other than that it's a great shoe. 5 star shoes AMAZON 3 stars.
