I get hot flashes to the point where I think I'm burning out. I tried different blankets in different fabrics. I have to say that this blanket was an absolute find. The night before his arrival was hell on earth. It arrived. I washed it of course, and that night I slept so well I almost cried. Since then, every night has been beautiful. I may have to buy another one as a backup. I love this blanket. It's soft. Lightweight and breathable. It's polyester and nylon. The only thing a bit annoying is when the skin on the legs is rough it sticks to the ceiling. But as long as I keep it hydrated, it's fine.
