I bought them back in January 2021 and they have worked perfectly until April 2021. One earphone stopped working completely. I wrote to the company for help and they were kind enough to refund me for another pair. Unfortunately today this pair no longer works, same problem, one headphone no longer works. I'm frustrated because I really liked them, they sound good and they're easy to adjust the volume, change songs, etc. It's just that they're cheap and fail too often in my opinion. You get what you pay for I guess.
