My friend loved it but ended up having to return it.

The product packaging was damaged as if someone had already opened the box and couldn't put the product back in. Also, the battery cover looked loose as it wasn't flush with the product. It was sticking out just enough to make me worry that the watertight seal would fail. I played around with it and couldn't attach it securely anymore. Well after a few days the product stopped working and I sent it back. However, my 15 month old loved it for those few days.
