Ease to use, it was easy for my clients' children/grandchildren who helped with set up & maintenance! (Great job!) The app worked smoothly - no glitches or problems in our testing period last week at two different assisted living facilities around town.- Easy access from anywhere via phone linkup w Google Play store / Apple iTunes Store apps as well so there's more accessibility now than ever before!! Would like an option that lets you enter all your info into one database instead using separate systems from multiple businesses such is how we were doing things previously but I'm sure this could be done if requested by customers? Great product overall though great customer service too which comes through when something goes wrong etc..
