It's ok but not amazing
Pros: - It's chargeable so you're not tied to an outlet. You can take it with you on trips without access to electricity. Bad: - If you press the wrong button, the pulse train will change. To return to the setting you want, you have to press it about 30 times to cycle through all the other settings and return to the one you want. - It's not as powerful as the Hitachi Magic Wand - You can't use it while it's charging - It takes a long time to charge.
