So I got 2 of them. One for me and one for my daughter. Once we tried to get another brand but it never came so we went with this one this time. Spring. it arrived We were very excited. It's better than what we had, so I'll give it to him. I wanted one like my husband's, the brand that never came out, he got it as a Christmas present a year later, and I've wanted one ever since. This one is too flat for me. Maybe I have a big head, idk. Although my daughter is fine with that. The cooling function is good and works. It's more comfortable than what we had, but still too shallow at just 4.5 inches. I sleep on my side and sleep with one arm under the pillow, mostly supporting my head and I don't feel like there is much pillow between them. When I use my husband's pillow it's perfect but I think his size is around a 5.5 or 6 and if not it should be made out of something else. Overall I'm disappointed but like I said it's still better than what I had so it's just a memory pad with a cooling function.
