Review on 🛏️ Gray Jacquard Microfiber Queen 5-piece Comforter Set by Comfy Bedding Frame by Sarah Black

My first review of this product was that I was disgusted because we spent a HUGE amount of money on our bedroom makeover, everything: custom oil paintings, best of the best hotels with styrofoam curtains, custom rugs, Egyptian cotton sheets, pillows, dresser decor etc. When all the pieces arrived I was so happy to see my vision come together! Then this piece came and all I could do was cry. It wasn't the deep purple I ordered, my favorite color, but a bright burgundy that almost looked pink. It disrupted my entire bedroom layout and everything looked horrible and mismatched. After I wrote my review, this company contacted my husband, apologized for the inconvenience and agreed that I was right about the color. BUT they didn't stop there! They corrected the colors of their products and not only told us to keep the original but wanted to send me a new one that matched the color for free! I figured it was a marketing scheme and put it aside until my NEW FREE TRUE TO COLOR set arrived! THIS is customer service! I made my room dark purple, some silver and black. They went above and beyond to resolve this discrepancy and I couldn't be happier! I also have a newfound respect for their customer service and now my bedroom looks AMAZING! I stand behind this product - and the colors to be true - and was so impressed they have undoubtedly made our family regulars! I'll be attaching some photos - first the burgundy pink and some sample photos of what I bought for our bedroom and last but not least - I'll be posting a new set, it's absolutely PERFECT!
