Bought these with a Halloween fireman costume for my 3 year old, he loves them and won't take them off. Really complements the costume. They fit great and are softly padded to make them easy to put on and take off (and of course the handles) and padded at the bottom so they are very comfortable on your feet. We're in Hawaii so not really used as wellies, but seem great for that (still used for puddles no doubt!). The tread grips well and doesn't slip when wet (of course, this worries us parents when the little ones walk on wet pavement/concrete). Great for the price!
