Acquired a mouse about 5 years ago, or more. The mouse is cool, I was very pleased with it. I'm not a professional gamer, I play for my own pleasure, so I can't comment on the response speed and other "numbers". What pleased in the mouse - ergonomics, nice materials, appearance (backlight). Also, over 5 years of operation, the battery has practically not degraded. I still charge it once a week (I use it the same way as before). Below is how I solved the problem with the wheel: A year ago, there was a problem with scrolling, which, as it turned out, many faced. I took the mouse to the service, they fixed it (they said that they replaced some part). A year later, the problem reappeared. I decided to contact Logitech support, because. apart from this problem - the mouse completely suits me. Logitech support saddened me, because. - the employee spoke with a pronounced southern accent, it was felt that the language was not native to her. She spoke poorly (poor knowledge of the language) and informally. I find informal communication a disadvantage for the helpdesk. But this is subjective, the main minus is below -support service, when I described my problem to her - did not offer me to ate the device! Although the ate itself says that this problem is fixed there! I figured it out here in the reviews. . Decided to add a review. A few months later, the problem began to return and progress. Now everything is back the way it was before. In this regard, I strongly do not recommend this mouse for purchase and change the rating from 3 stars to one.
