I can't say that the seller is to blame for what "advertised" to send. But I CAN blame the seller for posting multiple brand images and not ensuring the image matches what they are selling. Some of these images show two different toothbrushes for the same product number. MY toothbrush, which I wanted more of (because they no longer sell GUM in my area), has a colored center and a dark blue oblong mixed with short white bristles surrounding the shorter colored bristles. THIS is what I thought I would have bought! Once you have received the wrong item, you cannot return it even if you have never opened it. I send mine to a homeless shelter. No matter how hard I try, the best option is to contact GUM themselves and discuss what I would like to see with them while it's still in production. I am convinced that the product is very good. This rating is because the advertised image is not what I received.
