I'm 5ft 7in, 132lbs and 36C for reference. I read all the reviews before purchasing, so I decided to order a size up. I usually wear small/medium so I ordered a large. The bottom fits and the top is adjustable but as you can see this is very unflattering if you have tall girls. :(
