I like that it's easy enough so even non techies can use! It has saved me tons of hours in my job as an admin assistant working with other people who are not very computer savvy or technical folks themselves (myself included).
The customer service is also great; they help us out whenever we need some extra assistance too which makes our experience much better overall than if there was no support at all when needed - plus you love having someone else watching your back while solving problems :) Not many things about Zerø but would be nice to have more features available such as being able to create multiple accounts instead just one per person/employee since sometimes employees end up needing access from their own devices outside of office wifi etc.. Also wish it were possible to see what users did last before logging off / quitting apps / browsers without going through each app individually via logs. This helps keep track of how long certain actions take by different individuals within organizations &.
