Good shoes. High breathability. From my point of view of athletic shoes, I would wear these if I don't want to switch my weightlifting shoes to running shoes at the gym. It doesn't either, which seems like the best thing, but for the price, it has a place in my gym life that I cherish, and that's what it's for. If you think this Wells will be your go-to shoe, I think it has low arch support, maybe different insoles or shop around a bit more. I do like the bow support though. But again, for a variety of under-5 mile range workouts, it's comfortable on the knees without being too leaned and off the ground to allow for a stable lift.
