Review on 💄 Peripera Ink Airy Velvet Lip Tint – High-Pigmentation, Lightweight, Soft, Moisturizing – Cartoon Coral (#03) – 0.14 fl oz by Carmen Marshall

Again I was pleasantly surprised by the Airy Velvet Sticks samples from Peripera. Peripera lip product swatches tend to be wrong - they're usually lighter and more orange than pictured, but either my monitor is suddenly really good or they're getting their swatches right. Before buying I had two other colors from this line. 02 Pink Milk Tea and they were both very close to the pattern. Pink Milk Tea is exactly the color I was hoping for. I saw the actress wear a matte, pale pink lipstick and I thought it was so beautiful I wanted it for myself. I loved this line of Airy Velvet Stick so I checked them out and #02 seemed like the color I wanted. I was happy when I received it, found it so! I don't find Airy Velvet Sticks to be drying out. It's lightweight and really stays on the lips like soft velvet. I also think she's pretty stubborn, even after she's had a drink. It's a matte lipstick, so if you're not used to being matte, it might feel "dry". It shows every lip crease or patch of dry skin. A lip scrub is a must. A bit of lip balm before or after applying the color can also help add some moisture. Definitely one of my favorites!
