Review on PanaVise 684 101 Tipper Adjustment Wheel by Terrance Haralson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice addition to the Panavice holder.

Easily mounts between dash mounting plate and stand with 4 small Phillips screws. Provides a greater range of motion and just over an inch of extension from the surface of the mounting plate. Note that the dial is located directly behind the base station cradle (with your device inside) and you need to reach for it. a little more around and behind your device to access the tension wheel and adjust it. Just a little more stretch (don't really want to call it more uncomfortable, but.) when tightening than the "T-knob" version (674-101), where the cradle sits much lower and is more easily accessible to the lock handle, which is clearly visible from the front due to the "drop-down" shape. Dash - in F150) than shown on the picture of the T-Button model.

Pros
  • Suitable for electronics with AMPS mounting system
Cons
  • Not secure
