Definitely worth the money. get another.
TL; DR, I would definitely buy this pillow again 24" x 12" x 5". I recently had problems with heartburn in the middle of the night. My old pillows didn't help. I don't keep my neck in the right position so can sleeping on my side or back in the middle of the night can cause suffocation. Worst feeling in the world. Received this pillow on Saturday and it has kept my neck in the right position and also helped with acid reflux.. Very restful nights sleep I'm glad there's a longer pillow as I can move around, I felt like 12x12x5 wouldn't be enough when I turn over in the middle of the night, but 24 is the perfect size.
