Works great, 10 AWG marine wire is shown. You have to do it slowly. The kink at the bare end prevents the strands from falling out. I added some solder to be sure. Don't forget that you need the special crimping tool for the Weather Pack and Metri Pack terminals. Mine, pictured with 14 AWG blue handles, was a bit stiff, but I managed to get the tool to work with my 10 AWG wire. Plugging the terminal into the socket is a bit tricky. There is a small nipple in front of the large locking tab on the connector end where you need to insert the nipple into the narrow channel inside the socket. A small slotted screwdriver will help. Very glad they were available for my application. I hope my review helps someone.
