Here's the thing, this thing costs less than $25. Everything works fine when using Z-Tactical PTT and the UV-82 radio. According to other users of my channel, the speaker clarity is stable and the transmission clarity is stable. It is very light, comfortable and ergonomic (can be used on the left or right rear). The ONLY downside is the volume, with my radio it's probably not loud enough to be heard reliably in fairly noisy environments, but it's good enough for my purposes.
