This handheld massager does exactly what it says on the tin - providing therapeutic compression for each hand. My hands are always cold too, and this device warms them up and massages them with compression to increase hand mobility. It also compresses my wrist which is helpful. I can put hand cream on my hands and put them in a glove so the cream is better absorbed while my hand is in the massager. The controls are easy to see and I love that there is a male/female hand option and three intensity levels. I suggest using the lightest mode first to get used to the compression as it can feel quite heavy. You can always press the power button to release the compression if it's too strong, but start lightly. It has a handy time display and a red bar shows which part of the hand it is working on and the time remaining. It was a great purchase!
