I wanted to replace the single use plastic bags in my kitchen. I chose these bags because they were similar to the competitors' products, had good reviews, and were less expensive. Other prices seemed inconsistent given the usefulness of the product and the number of people it would take to completely replace the plastic bags. There were 6 packs in my order. Four of them worked, sometimes with minor difficulties. Two don't work so they arrived in a disposable condition which I wanted to avoid. I couldn't find a customer service contact for this company so I'm writing this review hoping to get a replacement for two medium sized bags that don't work. I hope that throwing away two medium sized bags is better for the environment in general, but I don't know.
