This software allows me to keep track of data breaches in real time so I can respond quickly when needed at any given moment. The customer support team has been very responsive whenever there have been issues with their platform or during normal business hours as well if they are available via chat for longer periods of times than necessary. They don't offer free trial period like other platforms do which makes getting started difficult but once set up everything works smoothly. We use this product mainly for our compliance functions - GDPR / PRA / SOX etc.
