Replacement hard drives come in a box with slots that I think should have accommodated the hard drives. When I opened the box I only saw a few and none of them were in the slots. Apparently some of them fell out when I opened the box, so I'm not sure if they arrived broken or if I stepped on them before realizing they were scattered on the floor. As a trick, I pulled one of these out of the sole of my boot. I had to look for the rest and there was one that either never got repaired or never shipped. Yes, I checked the soles of both shoes. I was like a elephant in a china shop. So I ordered two more sets. Hopefully, thanks to three of these and my clumsiness, I'll get a complete intact set. In fairness, however, the packaging should warn the consumer of the fragility of the contents when the package is opened. But anyway, I'll tell you now. As for the products that came out intact, they work great. One of them broke during use and it came right out of the box. But I've been using the one I currently have for a couple of weeks and everything seems fine. Hopefully I'll have better luck in the next two sets.
