I knew what I was getting into when I bought this - it was too small for the existing hole in my 2015 dash. prius So I removed the plate and turned to my handy X-acto knife set (seriously) to cut the hole to size. I'm happy with the result. I wanted to add a nice USB port so I can use Android Auto with my new Sony head unit. Works great with a phone placed in a small area under the switch with a 1ft cord.
