Bought for my daughter. I don't think the quilt was as pretty as the picture but it will do. Also definitely not as much overhang with a blanket as shown in the picture - quite a bit. This was enough to almost reach the top of the pen box on both sides. We got the skirt for the bed and just moved the part of the duvet to the side that's visible from the door to make it look ok, but there's not much you can do with the bottom of the bed since it only reaches the feathers. Your mattress is 10" tall, so if yours is smaller, it will hang lower. However, the bed in the bag was less than $100, so there it is.
