Heard about Virtuoso Bears from a friend. I was tired of buying toys for my little one that only played children's music and wanted to see if there were any toys with music that both the baby and I might enjoy. I am happy to report that I am very happy with my purchase! I immediately wanted to play it for my child, but there were no batteries. However, this was easily resolved - with a flick of a small screwdriver, pop in a battery, and we were ready to go! I was initially surprised that a screwdriver is needed to open the battery cover, but after some time of use I found this to be a nice feature, especially since most battery covers are easy to remove, allowing greasy fingers and tiny research mouths to access the batteries. It won't happen! The plush material is soft and comfortable, the audio device is well hidden in the back of the plush, closed with Velcro. The music is comfortable and the sound quality is good. It seems that while playing, the baby calms down more easily! Will update reviews as my toddler (and I) have more fun with it.
