Review on ⌚ Casio LTP-1241D-4A3DF Ladies Metal Fashion Watch - WW by Brenda Martinez

First of all I would really have preferred a slightly narrower strap but it's a very attractive watch so I kept it. Had to take it to a jewelry store today to have a few links removed. My wrist is only about 7 inches long but this strap was too big to leave as is. The jeweler only took $5. I would not recommend removing links yourself. A youtube video shows how difficult it is to remove the links, but for a jeweler it's a quick job. Also here are some tips that might help---to set the watch, gently pull the tiny stem out to the second notch and follow the instructions EXACTLY----steps 1, 2 and 3., (I had to do this Practice pulling the tiny stem out a few times to be ready when the seconds hand is at 12 o'clock And to change the date, only pull the stem to the first mark and then you have to turn the stem back - I believe not that the instruction explained that - I figured it out through experimentation. And yes, the date changes, although a few other reviews disagreed. Also (as they say) DO NOT change the date between 8pm and 2am in the morning or the next day. The date cannot change. As mentioned, the watch was not secured in the hard, transparent plastic watch case. I heard the watch moving in the hard case when I received the package lt, but I could not find any visible damage on the watch. I wear the watch on the first day and am very happy with it. I was hesitant to buy it because the description said it weighed 7 ounces - wow! But it's really only a few ounces. In summary I really like the watch and after 6 months I will try to update the information on how well it keeps time etc. I hope this review helps.
