I've been using this product for 6-7 years, it works great! Odorless, leaves the skin smooth. Aloe vera seems to help, but be careful not to leave it on your face for more than 7-8 minutes, it will still cause irritation if left on too long or removed abruptly. Use a butter knife with a "smooth" blade, remove it with light strokes through the hair, then shave more closely with light strokes through the hair, rinse your face with cold water and then wash with black Soap (cool/cold water only). Remove ingrown hairs before use, do not remove ingrown hairs, simply apply to skin and remove with magic shave. Use plain hot water to soften the hair in the beard area before applying, do not wash your face before use. Everything works great, shave every 2-3 or maybe 4 days depending on hair growth and desired look. Trim the mustache area with a razor.
