Hi everyone, I'm 5'7", waist 256 lbs, size 42/XXL (Levi's). I read the review as a warning that it runs small. So I chose 4XL and 3XL. If you have my waist size (don't take 3XL π). Now about 4XL. I was able to put it on (thighs and bottom are loose), buttocks (kind of snuggly). But you will definitely feel how tense they are when you crouch or sit down.
