I like how it can be used in any organization, whether you are small or big. It is very user friendly as well as easy to use for even newbies who have no prior experience with this kind of system. The customer service from Murano team has been excellent so far. Nothing really but if there was anything i would say its about customization options which could make things easier when using different modules such as inventory management etc. As mentioned above everything else seems good except maybe some minor issues here and there regarding customizations though nothing major at all. This tool helps me manage my supply chain more efficiently without having too much hassle.
