I have been considering buying these for awhile and did so recently after a move where I reorganized my holiday decorations. My intent with purchase was to store three smaller wreaths in the larger 30in bag (so I wanted a little more wiggle room), and a larger 22in wreath in the 24in bag for a more contoured fit but with some breathing space. Both bags are larger than expected and have extra room around the wreaths, about 4 inches for my 22 in wreath in the 24 in bag (so 2 more inches than my already allotted 2in wiggle room). This was not an issue for me as they still achieved my desired purpose. I was even able to fit a garland in the 30in bag with the small wreaths as well. However, if you are looking for a contoured snug fit, II would consider the added space before you purchase.
