My HP printer no longer recognizes genuine HP cartridges intended for use in this region. Supposedly HP support will fix the regionalization issue, but after many hours trying to get HP to fix the issue with new HP cartridges, I decided to give Smart Ink a try. I couldn't be happier. The new ink cartridges work just fine and the print quality is excellent. I would highly recommend these ink cartridges and am very grateful to have been weaned from the much more expensive HP inks.
