USED GOODS! suitable for nail art and paint

I think the price shouldn't surprise me. But as a buyer I need to know that these products are used! ESPECIALLY during a pandemic! The first was used with glue on the product so I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a new UNUSED one. And again I get my used replacement device! Both lamps have scratches and one still had glue on it. They're both dirty. Honestly, for an additional $20 you can get a BRAND NEW lamp and feel safe. I'll be back and I'm very upset.
