I like 90% of the functions. Two important features I don't like. 1. The front zippered cell phone pocket is too small for Samsung S20, and the pocket inside the smaller zippered pocket is too small. Therefore, my phone will be loose in this bag or in a large zippered bag, and it will not be so convenient to get it quickly. I thought there would be an outside pocket next to the small zip pocket. Not.2. The snapping back pocket would be great if the bottom zip had a lock to keep it secure when not in use. I could fix it if that was the only problem. So I can't keep my purse. I will look again. I like the size and the strap of this handbag.
