Mixed opinion. It's definitely comfortable. Wears well and stays in the water. The problem is how he holds the sheath. The bottom mount is just a pocket that you inserted the top of the case into. When you pull the blade handle, it extends. The only thing held up is a single nylon strap, giving the sheath plenty of freedom of movement no matter how tight it is. Now I have not used the XS dive knife. Their scabbard may have a clip for the bottom end and a slot for the top strap to accommodate the loop on the pendant. But without modification to the sling it will never work well with a traditional sheathed dive knife. That's really a shame, because as I said, the belt is very comfortable on the skin.
