Don't get me wrong this is a LOVELY bag but the shoulder straps are absolutely *shit*! To be honest I'd like to keep it to myself and just change the straps, but for $40 I feel like I don't have to. Also, I have short arms, but you literally can't wear this as a backpack, heck, you can't even wear it comfortably as a crossbody. I struggled when trying it on as a backpack, but it was doable, but taking it off was a whole different story! I had to ask someone in my household to help them lose weight lol. So imagine you are grocery shopping and need a wallet.😬. It's nice just for show or if you like carrying your handbag by the handle then I say go for it, otherwise I don't recommend it.
