This is our third DVD player and we love its small size, color and earphone case. The color is gorgeous, the case is so pretty, the earbuds are amazing and the screen is the perfect side for toddlers to hold on their laps on car rides! The only problem is that the first time we tried to watch a movie it stopped working. Now we are waiting for someone to call us back to replace or refund us. Update 9/2021 We have not received any response from the company to resolve this issue. Awaiting a response by phone or email as we left a voice message and also sent an email.
