Wanted to return this but they don't pay for return postage and it costs almost the same as the bag. It started tearing in several places within the first month. No professional look when you go to meetings. A wide range of pocket space that is useful. If you put a few items in it, for some reason it weighs a ton, and I'm no pushover. Plus it's huge! Doesn't fit well under tables. Great if you want to put your lunch or something in there it's so big. I buy new in store so I can see what I'm buying. Very disappointed with the quality on several levels.
