Master Home Products has excellent customer service.
This is a nice sturdy stool (and price) that my wife uses in the kitchen due to her knee surgery. After 13 months the weld on the handle broke and I called the Master Massage Help Desk. I was impressed that they were willing to work with me to get a replacement stool. Master Massage is a good company with a good chair and I hope to buy other products.
